Shipping & Return Policies
Shipping Policy
Please allow 2–6 weeks for your order to arrive. Shipping times vary depending on location and demand. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs processing, or high seasonal volume. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
If your tracking shows as delivered and you have not received the item, please contact the courier directly. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days. If an item becomes temporarily out of stock or backordered, you will be notified via email.
Return Policy
We only accept returns if the product arrives damaged or defective. To qualify for a return:

You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.

You must provide clear photo or video evidence of the damage.

The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
If your return is approved, we will issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.
We do not accept returns or refunds due to delays, change of mind, or sizing issues. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Refunds (if applicable)
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original method of payment. We do not cover return shipping costs unless the error was on our end.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they are placed. Please double-check your order details before checkout.
Customer Responsibility
By placing an order, you agree that:
